Tricks on how to use Aissistant Handbook

🚨 If co-pilot doesn’t work and you haven’t used Aissistant for more than 3 days, it is very likely that your authorization has expired! Follow the steps below to re-authorize the Aissistant Gateway to connect to your Agent Platform;

 1. log in console.aissist.io
 2. choose the workspace on the top bar, click on the gateways on the left menu panel, then click the gateway that you want to re-authorize;
 3. in the dialog, click the “config connection”, then in the right panel click “login” to log into the agent platform;
 4. Click “update” on the right bottom corner to update the gateway;

At this moment, your Aissistant gateway is re-authorized to access agent platform. Try the Co-Pilot again!

Aissistant Co-Pilot is on the right side of agent platform. For example, in FrontApp, it appears as the following. (For the other platform, it is similar). Enabling right side panel could be different in each platform, check your platform on how to do that.

Create Draft

You can provide input (information, guidance or instruction) for Aissistant to generate the draft for you. The format is very flexible, you can try to get the feeling on what works best for you. Below there are several examples provided, but we recommend to find things that are instinct to you.

đź’ˇ The Aissistant is aware of the conversational context and assets, therefore you can refer to those if needed.

đź’ˇ Aissistant has its own understanding, it will try to following guidance or instruction as much as possible, but it may improvise and add additional information based on its own understanding.

đź’ˇ If no input is provided, Aissistant will try to generate the draft by its own with conversational context and assets.

Examples

Example (what’s put in the input box) Description
Tell user about composite engine In the assets, there is information on “composite engine”, therefore the Aissistant will fill in and include such information in the draft.
Tell user that we have a long waiting queue and the wait time is about 3 days, and apologize Aissistant will rephrase the input into a nice apologetic message to user and explain nicely about the wait time.
Tell user that we don’t accept new customers, in Spanish Assistant will rephrase and translate the input into Spanish. (Aissistant does translation too)
In Chinese Assistant will create draft with context and asset, in Chinese
please reach out to [email protected] Assistant will rephrase the input
tell user to reach out to sales If the context has sales email, Aissistant will draft a message to ask user to reach out to the sales email
My apology, we don’t have information on your request Assistant will rephrase the input
I am checking with the vendor now, please give me 24 hours Assistant will rephrase the input
I will forward your request to our accounting team Assistant will rephrase the input

Translate

Aissistant will translate the latest user message and drafted message to the language you want. Just type the language name in the box above Translate, Aissistant will do the translation for you.

đź’ˇ By default, it is translated to English

This is useful when you serve customers in multiple geographic locations.

Summarize

Aissistant will summarize the conversation in the following 2 areas:

 1. Unanswered questions or unserved inquires;
 2. Next steps for human team, including the follow ups;

Road towards Automation

After you feels good about Co-Pilot, consider automate it with “Auto-Pilot” so that your team can be maximally freed up for other higher value work items. Please refer to Achieve Full Automation for more details.
